To embrace any definition of God the world had to offer, or to believe in an idea of God that was arrived at by a religious entity or institution, required one to reject the Word of Jesus when it came to God’s revelation. Jesus said to be watchful and prepared for a time when God himself would reveal his true nature.
‘One can look after themselves in a worldly manner by exploiting me. Or one can look after themselves in my eyes. The worldly path is the path of abuse. The Godly path is the path of conditional expression.' ~ the Word of God
Jesus was teaching us how to lead a life that was not abusive to God. No way was Jesus or God going to make understanding that message – a message God’s dignity and life depended on – a confusing or complex task.
He has always been speaking for himself - since the beginning of time. Our first lesson, when God handed over to us the keys to his life, was this – ‘Do not bite into the worldly knowledge that will be offered to you by the worldly princes. Should you do that, I will suffer.’
